Continental United States We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 that ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Free shipping excludes items purchased in Alaska and Hawaii, as well as all of the offshore territories of the United States such as, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Outside Continental United States For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, additional shipping fees may apply. Our Customer Service team will confirm any such fees 24-48 hours after your order is placed, and will not process your order until you accept the final terms.
Rush Shipping If you are in need of rush shipping, Overnight, 2-day, or 3-day, please contact Customer Service. Charges for our express shipping methods are based on the total weight, dimensions of your order, and speed of service.
International Shipping We can ship some items Internationally. Freight quotes will be done on a per order basis. Please contact Customer Service for a quote. All freight and duty charges on International orders are the responsibility of the customer. We can ship to your freight forwarder at no charge.
Order Tracking We will contact you with the estimated shipping date within 3-5 business days. We will communicate your order tracking information as soon as it becomes available via email. If there is a change in your order status that we provided we will contact you immediately.
Shipping ETA Please note that Estimated Shipping & Arrival Dates are subject to change according to the carrier's availability.
Shipping Damage Please inspect all of your product upon receipt of shipment. If you have any shipping damage it is imperative to report this immediately. We will send call tags for damaged product to be picked up the next business day and send a replacement item immediately. There may be a charge for the replacement item if we have not received the original damaged item back yet.

Returns Lightopia is committed to your complete satisfaction with all of your purchases. ·We accept returns on most items in new uninstalled condition in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. ·If the return is not due to a manufacturer defect, shipping and/or processing error, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost. This cost amount (and additional return freight cost incurred) will be deducted from the total refund. ·All Open Box, Floor Sample, Discontinued, Custom, Clearance, and International items are final sales. ·Please be advised that any fixtures installed are nonreturnable and nonrefundable regardless of the reason. Please contact us directly for a Return Authorization (RA) number. ·Fixture must be shipped within 10-business days of return approval
Cancellations Please contact Customer Support to make a request for a change or cancellation. Special orders and custom orders cannot be cancelled. Orders cancelled after shipping will incur shipping fees. We will make our best efforts to accommodate a requested change.
Damages We ask that you fully inspect all products immediately upon receipt. If you suspect that your order is damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt of your product. Please make sure to include images. We will arrange a prompt replacement or return of the item upon review.
Defective Product Please contact our Customer Support team if you suspect your product has a factory defect. Please make sure to include images or any documentation available. Problems must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Most of our manufacturers guarantee their products with a warranty. Please contact our Customer Support team if you have any questions regarding a specific product warranty.
