Lightopia strives to achieve the highest level of service in the lighting industry. We want to provide our clients with the best possible customer service.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping. Orders canceled after shipping may incur a shipping fee. Please contact Customer Support to make a request for a change or cancellation.

Return Policy

Lightopia is committed to your complete satisfaction with all of your purchases. We do accept returns on most items in new uninstalled condition and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

If the return is not due to a manufacturer defect, shipping and/or processing error, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost. This cost amount (and additional return freight cost incurred) will be deducted from the total refund.

All Open Box, Floor Sample products, and Clearance items are final sales. Sales on Custom Made fixtures, international orders, and discontinued items are also deemed final.

Please be advised that any fixtures installed are non returnable and non refundable regardless of the reason. Please contact us directly for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Fixture must be returned within 10-business day of return approved.


Most of our manufacturers guarantee their products with a warranty. Please contact our Customer Support team if you have any questions regarding a specific product warranty.

Lightopia and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to goods or services arising out of the use or inability to use this site or any product purchased from Lightopia, damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present, even if Lightopia or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages
