Sundayland Lighting | Lightopia: Designer Lighting

Sundayland was founded by two brothers Juan Diego and Fernando Gerscovich. Both were born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the early 1970’s. After graduating from architecture school in the Universidad de Beunos Aires, the brothers traveled to the United States to work for two well known architecture offices, Lorcan O'Herlihy and Alejandro Ortiz Architects.

In 2003, Sundayland received their first commission to insert an artistic piece in the front yard of a house in Venice Beach, CA. Since then, Sundayland has established themselves in the Los Angeles area where their current creative structure enables them to compose their materials and continue to produce fantastic products. Sundayland finds their inspiration within their current day Los Angeles, with its ocean, mountains, sun and vibration; and their foundational Buenos Aires, together creating their city boy and tango background.
